We are looking for an experienced pizza and restaurant professional with ideas to improve and grow the business to become a working & managing partner in an established pizza restaurant located in the Washington, DC area.
⚠️ This is NOT an employee position.
Before COVID, this business was generating over $1 million in annual sales. After COVID, the owner started another business and no longer has time to focus on daily operations. The restaurant is currently run by employees, creating a strong opportunity for the right hands-on operator to step in, take control, and grow the business again.

Responsibilities
   •   Full day-to-day restaurant operations
   •   Pizza production & food quality control
   •   Hiring, scheduling, and managing staff
   •   Ordering, inventory, and food cost control
   •   Customer service and sales growth
Requirements
   •   Strong experience in pizza and restaurant operations
   •   Proven ability to manage a restaurant independently
   •   Leadership, reliability, and accountability
   •   Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ideas
