This lovely 42-foot yacht is in good condition, and is located at the Wharf Marina. It comes with live-aboard rights where you can enjoy a beautiful area of DC—on the water!—at a fraction of the price you’d pay living on land. It has two staterooms with lots of storage and 1 1/2 heads. The main head has a bathtub with shower, and the second is a “wet head” (the shower is positioned over the head). The master stateroom is spacious, with a seated vanity area and plenty of drawers and closet space. The second stateroom (in the “V-berth”), is graced with a sky-hatch portal that lets in loads of light. The salon includes a pull-out sleeper couch, along with three built-in cabinets on the starboard side, and an entertainment center. The galley has a u-shaped dinette, full-size refrigerator, a three burner Galley Maid Empress electric stove, oven, and microwave. As you explore this awesome yacht, be sure to take a moment (or more) to relax on the aft deck, with its comfortable, handsome wicker furniture, not to mention a wet-bar (ice-maker included), and more fantastic views. Or go up to the sky-bridge, and check out even more views with friends and family. Here, take a look!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNtnt9vZtB4
