National immigration law firm based in Washington DC is seeking a business manager/HR manager. We are seeking an HR Administrator/Business Manager to do the following: Run payroll, hire, fire, train and onboard new employees, handle personnel issues; manage status of cases, manage back dates cases, manage case status meetings, follow up on work, make sure work is being done according to firm requirements, make sure incoming calls are being appropriately handled, oder supplies, manage payment schedules, ensure employee policies are being handled, execute ideas and projects of the attorney. Fluency in Spanish is highly sought.
