Contracted - Subject Matter Expert Research & Management Consultant (Washington, DC)

compensation: Hourly compensation
employment type: contract

Our growing studioID team is looking to bring on an ambitious freelancer to oversee all Subject Matter Expert research and management. This contracted position will require expert written communication skills, deep common sense, the ability to think outside the box and an eagerness to recruit ideal candidates for various projects. We are looking for a charismatic person who enjoys meeting and exceeding goals, finds solutions when they are not right in frontof you while meeting set timelines.

What you’ll do:
-Source and secure SMEs
-Assist content strategists by finding them the ideal SME candidate for requested project
-Craft engaging and creative messages that grab the attention of SMEs
-Create and organize spreadsheets to stay on top of SME requests and contact list
-Develop a deep database collection of all of your connections for future reference

What you bring to the table:
-High level LinkedIn sourcing skills
-Excellent written communication skills
-Expert organizational skills
-Ability to connect with people from various backgrounds
-Familiarity with talent management best practices
-Willingness to understand requirements for niche industries
-Ability to think quickly to fill rush projects
