About You: We are seeking an Annuity Buyer to join our growing team. Whether you have worked in the mortgage business, recruiting, real estate, or have inside sales experience in a different industry altogether, this position could be for you. If you have a proven track record of closing deals, experience working largely over the phone with a particularly high call volume, and get a thrill out of building pipelines, identifying opportunities and exceeding targets, you’ll fit right in at District Settlement Funding.

Position Summary:

The Annuity Buyer position is responsible for building relationships and creating financial solutions for clients. As the Annuity Buyer, you will stay in constant contact with clients, shepherding transactions to a close. This person must be able to utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers and coworkers. This person must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Establishing strong relationships with structured recipients
Determining customers’ financial needs and creating financial solutions
Exercising diligence in planning, following up regularly, and working with clients to facilitate the timely closing of transactions
Consistently performing the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Continually adding new prospects to pipeline to grow sales volume incrementally
Closing a minimum of 2-3 sales each month

Qualifications

2-5 years of Inside Sales experience with heavy phone call volume
Extensive sales background with provable track record of closing deals and handling a high call volume
Strong comfortability on the phone that translates well in outbound calling
Persistent problem-solving forging relationships both over the phone and in person
Driven to meet goals, generate results, and overcome objections
Advanced business acumen and understanding of sales
Superb negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Demonstrated customer service orientation
Ability to think and act independently within a fast paced multitask driven environment
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM
Bilingual is a plus

Compensation

First year up to $100,000 - salary + commission
Unlimited earning potential
Salary and Benefits

$40,000 - $75,000 per year
