Offered is a rare original store display - 1945 ESSO Oil Drop Boy, Mechanic on Duty. Made of cast iron and in amazing condition, some loss of paint, some rust, all commensurate with age. He salutes and stands approximately 15 inches in height and weighs 20 pounds 10 ounces. Hallmarked on the bottom reads "Sydney 1945". Very few were made as materials were short during that timeframe.
