The Fluffy Cloud is a 15-ton, 200,000-watt immersive sound and light platform — think UFO-meets-super-club — launching its first-ever multi-format residency in Washington, DC. Sound baths by day. Immersive art. A fully unhinged interactive lounge. 200,000 watts of nightlife. This is the world debut of a new model in experiential entertainment, and we are looking for 1–3 creative production apprentices to be embedded directly with the founder during the build and launch.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will sit in the founder's workspace, receive direct creative briefs every day, and produce real content that will be seen by thousands of people. This is not observation. This is production. You will:
• Create short-form video, social media posts, and marketing assets daily using AI production tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, CapCut, Midjourney, Grok, and others)
• Take a creative concept from brief to finished asset — scripting, generating, editing, iterating — under tight deadlines
• Learn and deploy multiple AI tools for content creation, copywriting, image generation, and video production
• Help develop content strategies for social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns
• Receive hands-on mentorship in AI-native creative production from someone who uses these tools professionally every day
• Contribute ideas, propose approaches, and push back when you have a better solution — you are not here to be a yes-person
—————————————————————————
WHAT THIS ISN'T
This is not a "sit in on meetings and get a line on your resume" internship. You will be expected to produce high-quality output every single day, often under ambiguous creative direction, and iterate fast when something isn't working. The pace is relentless. If that excites you, keep reading. If it doesn't, this isn't the right fit.
—————————————————————————
WHO YOU ARE
• You learn tools fast. You've already experimented with AI tools on your own — you don't need to be convinced they're useful.
• You have taste. You can tell the difference between "AI slop" and something that actually looks good, and you won't ship the former.
• You are relentless. You don't wait to be told what to do next. When something's done, you ask what's next or find something yourself.
• You are in DC or can be in DC full-time for the duration. This is in-person, every day.
• You can handle direct, blunt feedback and not take it personally. The goal is great work, not comfortable feelings.
• You are genuinely interested in immersive experiences, live events, music, art, nightlife, or the creative applications of AI — ideally several of these.
—————————————————————————
WHAT YOU GET OUT OF THIS
• Direct, daily mentorship from a founder with two venture-backed startups who uses AI tools as primary creative instruments
• A real, deployable portfolio of content you made for a live multi-format consumer production
• Deep, practical fluency in AI-native content creation that is genuinely ahead of what most agencies and studios are doing right now
• Backstage access to every show and experience during the residency
• A strong reference and professional network connection in experiential entertainment, live events, and AI-driven creative production
• Standout performers will be considered for paid roles as The Fluffy Cloud expands to a national touring schedule
Compensation: This is an apprenticeship, not a salaried position. We expect to have to teach you a lot, that's why it's an apprenticeship. Compensation structure (stipend, hourly, or project-based) will be discussed with selected candidates based on experience and availability. Impress us with your application. Information below.

HOW TO APPLY
Go to fluffycloudexperiences.com/entercloudfall
Using only what you find there (and anywhere else on the site you choose to explore), create:
1. A 15-second promo video that would make someone buy a ticket. Any AI tools. No other instructions.
2. One static Instagram post (image + caption) for the same experience. Any AI tools.
One creative note: Don't try to literally show the experience. You haven't seen it. We'd rather see something that creates intrigue and feeling — something that makes someone curious enough to buy a ticket without knowing exactly what they're walking into. Hint, don't reveal too much. Just enough to make someone bombarded with content and ads every day stop scrolling and say "what the fuck is that?! I need to investigate this." You achieve that, you nailed it.
That's it. No cover letter. No resume. Your guiding creativity and AI-prompting talent is your application.
Submit your application to the email on this application in whichever format you find most appropriate.
