Pressure Media is hiring a Director / Camera Operator to run daily video production inside our in-house content studio located within a licensed cannabis retail environment in Washington, DC.
This role is responsible for filming, directing, and managing structured content shoots used for business marketing, customer education, and social media.
We are looking for someone who actually knows how to operate a camera, not just someone who edits videos or posts content online.

🎥 What You’ll Do
• Direct and film content across multiple studio sets
• Operate cameras and maintain clean framing and exposure
• Capture interviews, wide shots, and b-roll
• Guide on-camera talent and staff during filming
• Offload and organize media files after shoots
• Assist with editing short-form and long-form content
• Help produce social media clips and marketing videos

✅ Required Experience
Applicants must have real camera operation experience, including:
• Tripod camera operation
• Framing and composition
• Exposure and white balance
• Filming interviews and b-roll
• Managing media files from cameras
You do not need experience with our specific cameras, but you must understand how to operate professional video equipment.
We can train the right person on our studio camera system.
Applicants are also welcome to bring and use their own camera gear if preferred.
