We’re seeking a professional, customer-oriented individual to join our cigar shop team.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests in selecting cigars and accessories
• Maintain a clean, organized lounge environment
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Handle sales transactions and restocking
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Must be 21+
• Reliable, responsible, and professional appearance
• must have experience in cigar industry or knowledge.
Preferred Qualities:
• Friendly, personable, and comfortable engaging with guests
• Interest in cigars or willingness to learn about premium brands
