Bullet proof 270hp 3.5L V6 engine and a transmission that we have taken care of (transmission fluid flushes) and never ragged out - the car drives great and can stay on the road for a long long time. Has current emissions and safety inspections. Keyless entry (2 keys), push button start, Leather interior is in great shape. In addition to regular oil changes, since we planned to keep it forever, did tons of recent maintenance and repairs including:

These issues, combined w the fact that we don't need three cars, has led us to the decision to let it go.
Impossible to get a car that drives this well at this price.
