Integrated Care Management (ICM) is seeking a qualified and compassionate Therapeutic Integration Program Director to lead our Autism Therapeutic Integration Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LCPC), Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy, or related licensed field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Current Maryland professional license/certification (where applicable).
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise therapeutic programming and Autism Technicians.
• Review admissions, treatment plans, and participant progress.
• Conduct case conferences and clinical documentation reviews.
• Ensure quality assurance, participant safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop staff strategies and oversee lesson plans.
