Site Manager for Extended Learning = Official Title
The Site Manager oversees the Extended Learning program (before care, after care, and summer school) for its school site. The Site Director is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous professional development of its staff in collaboration with other Site Managers and the Senior Manager of Extended Learning for the region. The Site Manager manages all of the staff, family , and regional communication for the extended learning program in collaboration with the school leadership team. The Site Manager works closely with the Senior Manager of Extended Learning to provide a high-quality extended learning experience for each student enrolled in the program. Site Managers are also responsible for collaborating with the finance team and families to ensure that payments are electronically collected from all families as well as maintaining appropriate records for the subsidy program.

-Manages and develops all Extended Learning employees on site;
-Facilitates on-going professional development with extended day staff at each campus.
-Keep key school staff informed about extended day activities and events and provide them with oral and written feedback regularly including weekly scheduling;
