Senior Manager, Executive OperationsReports toPresidentFLSA StatusExempt PositionJob purposeAlliance for Justice and AFJ Action (AFJ) are seeking an exceptional, mission-driven individual to serve as Senior Manager, Executive Operations based in Washington, DC. The Senior Manager, Executive Operations, strives to maximize the President and Executive Office Teams effectiveness, impact and results. This includes overseeing office operations, maintaining the President and executive team schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating IT and office supply needs, and other duties as assigned. The Senior Manager, Executive Operations will be an essential part of a high-performing Executive Office team that is leading the fight to champion, defend, and enhance constitutional democracy in America.
This is a hybrid position with the need for occasional in person work at our Washington, DC office location.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
The Senior Manager, Executive Operations is a dynamic and multifaceted role that involves extensive collaboration with the President, Chief of Staff, executive leadership, Alliance for Justice and Alliance for Justice Action Campaign boards and various departments across AFJ.

Qualifications
At least 7 years experience in public service, non-profit administration, communications/PR, leadership support, philanthropy/development, executive administration, event planning, or logistics.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $92,500-$102,556.
