Seeking an A/V Tech with an iPhone 14 or newer to airdrop and email files for a private party.
Saturday December 20th 7:00pm-11:00pm (Arrival 6:20 pm)
Pay: $200, paid out just after the event upon receipt of files.
We are a creative agency, and we will have 1 artist drawing digital portraits of the guests on their iPad. We need an A/V tech who will assist our artist during the event.
Workflow:
- You take photos of the event guests using your iPhone, and collect their email address.
- You airdrop the photos to the artist who is drawing portraits on an iPad.
- The artist airdrops the finished artwork file to you.
- You email the file to the guest.
- You take a photo of the guests holding their prints.
- You take some photos and videos of the artists working, to document the activity.
Dress code: all black professional attire.
The candidate should be very polite and professional, as they will be the main person interfacing with the guests. We are looking for someone with a friendly but formal demeanor, who is reliable, will show up on time, and will be comfortable airdropping and emailing files using the G - Mail app on their iPhone. You should also know your way around your camera settings as you'll be taking some photos and videos to document the art activity.
You should be comfortable multi-tasking and familiar with the G - Mail App as well as Airdrop.
Prior to the event, we will walk you through the workflow over the phone and provide the email login. This prep work should take about 20 minutes total.
