Looking for a Wedding Videographer for our DMV area contracts (DC)

We specialize in providing various wedding services (Photography, videography, DJ, Coordination) to couples across several states. Our company is now expanding into the DMV area, and we are looking for a reliable wedding videographer to add to our team of independent contractors.
Pay is $100/hour + travel bonus (most contracts are for 4, 6 and 8 hours)
Ideal Applicant should:
- Have some experience filming weddings as a solo or lead shooter
-Own at least 2 full frame camera bodies, 2 lav mics/wireless mics and a video light.
- Often have availability on weekends
- Enjoy being creative
- Have reliable means of transportation
-Be willing to shadow our video manager at one or two events
