Restaurant Hiring for 2 positions, 1 junior sou Chef and 1 all stations cook
compensation: sou chef is salary and line will be hourly
employment type: full-time


• Stay current on culinary trends and practices
• Maintain budget with respect to food, labor and operating cost
• Continuously evaluate purchasing practices and usage levels of ingredients to ensure restaurant is operating in a cost-effective manner without any compromise to quality standards
• Provide weekly reports for food, labor, costs, sales, and inventory
• Inventory management
• Efficiently manage Back of House staff
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a sanitary environment
• Closely train and work with head Chef de cuisine to ensure proper management at all times
• Employee training and development
• Ensure food quality and presentation
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task with minimal to no directions
• Effectively communicate with employees to promote a respectful and efficient environment
• Ability to lift 25-50lbs to meet physical demands of the work environment.
• Ability to work 10-hour plus shifts
position is full-time 55 -57 hours a week, offering a competitive salary;
• Minimum 5 years direct kitchen experience
• Graduate of an accredited Culinary Institution is a plus
• Experience in operating a successful restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
