Use POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions seamlessly.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times, adhering to health regulations and food handling protocols.
Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or food industry experience is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient order processing.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage recipes.
Capable of managing time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
