Line cooks must possess basic kitchen skills. Such as how to properly use a knife and maintain a clean work space.
Porters must understand the difference between dirty and clean.
Both of these positions require hustle, the ability to follow directions and work quickly with a sense of urgency. You must be able to follow directions and accept criticism.
