Event Coordination Assistant (DMV Area, $21/hr + Paid Travel Expenses)
We are seeking a dependable and organized Event Coordination Assistant to support our upcoming training sessions. This role involves traveling within the DMV area (travel expenses covered) to help ensure smooth and professional events.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with guest registration and check-in
- Coordinating with on-site staff and vendors
- Capturing event moments through photos and video
- Providing overall support to the event coordinator to ensure a seamless experience
Compensation:
- $21 per hour (for hours worked at the event)
- All travel expenses covered (mileage, parking, or public transit)
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in fast-paced environments
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel within the DMV
- Prior event, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus
