BANQUET SERVER (Cross-train as Café Server)
Work Locations: Banquet events at various locations + café shifts in Springfield.
Banquet Server Duties:
- Set up/break down events (linens, place settings, buffet/stations)
- Serve guests (tray service, buffet/stations), clear/reset as needed
- Communicate allergies/special requests to event lead
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
Café Server Duties (Springfield):
- Pack/expedite online orders accurately
- Greet customers, take orders, represent the brand
- Make craft beverages (coffee/tea/signature drinks)
- Keep front-of-house clean, restocked, and organized
- Basic POS/payment handling
Ideal Candidate: reliable, customer-focused, flexible schedule, able to stand/lift/carry, team player.
