This artificial pre-lit tree from Balsam Hill is the wide 8 ft Fir model. The lights work perfectly and are controlled by a foot button.Why am I selling? I moved and the tree is just too tall for my new ceilings. Most homes are 8 1/2 to 9 ft. Mine are 7ft4in. You can bend the very top over to make this a 7 ft tree if your ceilings are low too but no room left for a topper. The stems are very realistic and the tree offers innumerable spots to hang ornaments.

The tree also comes with a stand designed to safely support the whole thing. It is in 6 easy to lift sections. Could be done by one person, better with two. You cannot see any break between sections - it looks like one single tree. It also comes with custom storage bags for all of the sections.

This tree retails for $2500! It has only been used for Christmas 2023 and 2024. If you come soon you can see it set up and see that all of the lights work.
