All reasonable offers considered. Really nice clean sofa. Comfortable pull out bed. Full size. It has arm rest protectors that matches the fabric (as seen in photo) and we have an additional set that was never used.

Barely used as it was in our guest room. No smells. We really take care of our things so it is in great shape. Long enough to sleep a grown person without opening bed. As a sofa it is really comfortable.

No pet, clean household. No stains on mattress. We are downsizing.
