Do you have expert knowledge of Federal contracting law and at least 5 years of operational experience in Federal Contracting? We currently need a contractor with a mastery of Federal and Departmental procurement regulations to provide expert legal advice relative to contracting procurement.
Responsibilities will include managing complex and difficult procurements involving critical and/or sensitive program efforts and multi-million-dollar funding commitments. Services will include such efforts as construction, A&E, IT support services, etc. Will also review procurement requisition packages, analyze the requirements and recommend revisions to statements of work as necessary.
Other duties will include preparing solicitation documents, analyzing proposals and negotiating with potential contractors and recommending awards. Must have cradle to grave experience from preparing initial activities through contract closeouts.
A Masters of Law Degree is preferred along with expert knowledge of Federal contracting law and proficiency with PRISM. Must have a minimum completion of FAC-C Level II training and Certified Federal Contracts Manager certification.
