This position is responsible for the administration of all benefits programs with an emphasis on leave programs (Short Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Parental Leave, Workers Compensation and family medical leaves).
Candidate will manage leave programs ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements.
**At least 3-5 years of Leave administration experience in a large company (ideally multi-state) is required.
Other duties for this position include managing leave claim filing; including distribution of leave application package and forms, coordinating medical review process and communication of leave status; oversee leave tracking and status updates and changes to the Human Resources Information System; maintain monthly leave reports for Senior Management; coordinate with Legal Personnel to prepare reports required for annual attorney compensation review process; manage communication of compensation changes to appropriate stakeholders; assist with administration of health and welfare and retirement plans; assist with coordination of Benefits Open Enrollment process; assist with Benefits Orientation; assist with the completion of Compensation surveys.
Position Requirements: ***Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of benefits administration experience, leave management experience with multiple state locations preferred, working knowledge of FMLA, ADA and state leave laws, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Ultipro HRMS (or similar software) preferred, superior interpersonal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation required. Bachelor's degree.
