Are you a mid-level HR benefits professional with a passion for providing top-notch customer service? Do you have prior exposure to employee benefit support and HRIS systems work within a legal setting? R&W Group is staffing a role for a Benefits Specialist with one of our favorite law firm clients, centrally located in Washington, DC. Reporting directly to the Benefits Manager at the firm, you will have the opportunity to act as a primary point of contact for benefit-related questions for an international firm, create and maintain benefit files for new hires and current employees, work with a variety of vendors on 401k and health benefit particulars and the annual open enrollment period, and assist with the exit checklist items associated with the benefits function for departing employees.
In order to qualify for this role, you must have 6-10+ years of professional services HR benefits exposure, with definite preference being show to candidates with prior law firm benefits administrative experience. You also must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and a process-and-customer service-driven perspective when it comes to fulfilling daily job responsibilities.
