Payroll Specialist (Part-time) | Temporary

The Ford Agency is currently seeking a part-time payroll administrator to work with a DC-based, healthcare focused organization. The Payroll Specialist will oversee all aspects of the payroll process and work closely with the HR team. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and have a real take charge attitude. This is a temporary role and perfect for an experienced candidate who is in between roles or someone with strong experience looking to re-enter the workforce on a PT basis.

Responsibilities Include:
• Processing payroll
• Ensuring payroll systems records are accurately recorded and always up-to-date
• Handling all new hire processing and benefits administration
• Maintaining human resources files and completing monthly and annual reporting

Qualifications Include:
• At least 2 years of payroll administration experience
• Knowledge of HR timekeeping and benefits
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
