We are investors looking for a reliable junk removal / hauling crew to handle full clean-outs of residential properties across Maryland. This is consistent, ongoing work.
Scope of Work:
Full interior and exterior clean-outs (furniture, trash, debris, personal items)
Appliance removal (fridges, stoves, washers, dryers, etc.)
Basement, attic, and garage clean-outs
Exterior (small sheds, garbage bins, outdoor or patio items, etc)
Requirements:
Must have your own truck/trailer and equipment
Ability to haul and dispose of everything properly
Must be able to start ASAP
Reliable and responsive communication
Must provide before/after photos and video
