**WINDOW INSTALLERS NEEDED — 63 Units, DC Apartment Building
Monumental Builders LLC, a DC-area design-build GC, is looking for an experienced window crew to install 63 Andersen 100 Series windows** (mix of single and double-ganged units) at a 13-unit apartment building in Washington, DC.
**Scope of Work:**
- Frame **2x4 PT bucks** into existing masonry rough openings, glued and nailed
- Install **integral fin Andersen 100 Series windows**, caulked & fastened to the PT bucks
- Flash openings using **liquid flash (fluid-applied membrane) or ZIP System tape** at head, jambs, and sill per manufacturer specs
- Fabricate and install **2" black metal break trim** (coil stock) at exterior perimeter of each window
- Ensure proper shimming, air-sealing, and weathertight integration with masonry substrate
- Coordinate with GC schedule; multi-unit occupied building — professionalism and cleanliness on site required
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience with masonry retrofit window installs (not new-construction stick framing)
- Own tools, brake/coil stock fabrication capability (or established relationship with a metal shop)
- Licensed and insured (MHIC or DC equivalent)
- Available to start [insert date] — DC-based or willing to work in DC daily
