Entry Level Paralegal

Slevin & Hart, P.C. is looking for a paralegal to support the litigation team in our Washington, DC office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in a related field and an outstanding academic record.

As a Paralegal, you will assist attorneys with a variety of client matters. Your work would include handling subrogation matters, supporting the Firms' delinquency and withdrawal liability collection practice, and assisting with other types of litigation on behalf of fund clients. In addition, you would prepare IRS responses and audit responses, and other assignments related to the Firm's clients. You would regularly correspond both verbally and in writing with clients, administrative staff, individuals who participate in the pension and health plans that the Firm represents, and opposing counsel. The majority of your work is billable to the Firm's clients and the office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
