Seeking full-time 1st or 2nd year associate for a fast-paced, boutique legal practice focusing primarily on labor and employment issues in small to mid-size companies; as well as individuals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and communication skills, be efficient, disciplined and able to multi-task. Also, have a personality; oh and a sense of humor. It’s a small firm – chemistry matters. Litigation and/or transactional experience preferred.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in creating and editing legal documents
• Court filings
• Assisting attorneys and staff members
• Develop, organize and maintain legal files
• Maintain logs of legal documents
• Assist with discovery
• Drafting correspondence, memos, and legal arguments
• Contract negotiations and drafting.
Candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely but will occasionally be needed in physical office.
Candidate will be exposed to various practice areas and gain substantive and procedural knowledge of the law.
Ideal candidate should be 1-2 years out of law school. Prior restaurant experience preferred.
Experience or interest in any of the following areas are preferred: strategic communications, CVE work, international development in transitioning countries are an advantage.
