A law firm is looking for a legal assistant/bookkeeper/office manager in the area of international, tax, corporate and real estate law. The position will provide primary administrative support for a one lawyer downtown DC law office (Farragut West).

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage payables and receivables, reconcile bank accounts, payroll, clients’ financial accounts, answer main phone lines, file documents, make copies, scan, fax, purchase office supplies, prepare accounting reports, work with office accountant, open and sort mail and other relevant duties.
REQUIREMENTS: Full-time, prefer college degree and/or prior office experience. A candidate for this position should be dependable detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to initiate and follow a project through to completion. Familiarity with Quickbooks and MSWord is helpful.
