Williams & Connolly LLP is currently seeking a Litigation Support Analyst who will report directly to the Director of Litigation Support, but work closely with all staff in the Litigation Support department, as well as attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and QC document productions;
• Prepare and import data into litigation support applications;
• Create, maintain and troubleshoot databases in Relativity, Casemap, Case Notebook and similar litigation support applications;
• Manage all aspects of Relativity, including but not limited to: workspace creation, configuration of user permissions, analytics, email threading, active learning, coding layouts, search term reports, dashboards, pivot tables, Relativity ARM projects, and transferring of data in and out of Relativity;
• Convert/Format text files, spreadsheets and other forms of data;
• Review data from vendors and data load files for accuracy;
• Coordinate printing, scanning, coding and OCRing of projects with outside vendors;
• Assist case teams with various litigation support application issues and troubleshoot software;
• Resolve issues related to database load files, spreadsheets and electronic discovery data;
• Capture and edit video and audio files;
• Assist with written technical specifications;
• Assist with software training;
• Assist with testing of new software and upgrades;
• Track all media;
• Provide regular status reports to case project manager and department management.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years expert knowledge and experience as an end user and administrator of Relativity, Case Notebook, CaseMap, Adobe Acrobat and text editors such as Ultraedit or Textpad as well as the ability to write macros in MS applications and text editors and scripts in Relativity. Completion of Relativity’s administrative training program or similar is required. Relativity Certified Administrator Certification is preferred. Candidates must possess the ability to work in a professional manner effectively with others in high pressure situations and under short deadlines. Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines, exercise independent judgment within broad parameters, interact with vendors, demonstrate strong oral and written communications skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to lift 25 lbs. is required. Ability to travel and work overtime is required. Hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
