Relman Colfax PLLC is a national civil rights law firm, with a litigation practice focused on combating discrimination and obtaining equity, including in the areas of housing, lending, employment, public accommodations, education, and police accountability. Litigation Support Specialist will perform a variety of duties related to the firm’s electronic discovery management and review protocols, with a focus on data processing, document management, end user technical support, and support to attorneys and paralegals throughout all phases of the EDRM. This position is an important part in the work that we do. We are seeking candidates that share the firm’s commitment to advancing civil rights protections.
• Provide end user technical support for the firm’s document review software
• Build and maintain case document databases
• Organize and process documents in preparation of import and review
• Perform document and database management tasks as assigned
• Proven competence with technology; ability to learn new technologies and computer processes
• Experience with eDiscovery software
• Experience with data processing software is preferred
• Ability to work in both an independent and team setting
