Small law firm seeks part time administrative/research assistant. Duties include client intake, file organization, general office administrative tasks, preparation of correspondence, working with vendors for office needs (computers, supplies, electronic accounts), non-legal research for client cases and other firm matters, work with clients/witnesses/experts to help attorney prepare cases, preparation of expenses reimbursements and similar light accounting/financial duties, etc.

The position also entails some legal research work, but no prior experience is required for those duties - on the job training will be provided for the legal research. Experience a plus, however.
Ideal candidate: team player willing to work hard and learn new things, with a comittment to getting the job done right. College degree preferred, but not required.
25 to 35 hours a week, schedule flexible. (25 hours a week minimum.)
