Are you a junior-level law firm professional seeking to make a transition to a Conflicts role providing opportunities for long-term career growth and development? If so, R&W Group has the perfect opportunity for you: We are currently staffing a role for a Conflicts Assistant with one of our favorite law firm clients, with offices located in DC, New York City, and Boston. In this role, you will create conflicts reports, track ongoing candidate conflicts statuses, handle correspondence with in-progress candidates, and review conflicts submission forms for accuracy.
The successful candidate will possess a four-year degree, along with at least 1-2 years of law firm support experience, with special consideration being shown to candidates exhibiting prior law firm conflicts experience and associated software exposure. Candidates should have excellent Microsoft Excel abilities, attention to detail, and communication skillsets. Key to this role are a strong sense of customer service, the ability to juggle a large workload and changing priorities within the workday, and impeccable organization skill sets.
