CRM Application Manager - for global law firm in Washington, DC.
This position is responsible for collecting/maintaining client information supporting firm-wide marketing/business development efforts.
Some of the responsibilities for this position:
Maintaining CRM data integrity and quality efforts by monitoring and processing updates, returned mail and email bounce backs, managing subscription preferences, ensuring compliance with data protection laws globally, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR, maintaining CRM mailing lists for marketing campaigns, tracking performance, metrics, and statistics related regarding email marketing campaigns utilizing Google Analytics and Siteimprove, assisting the CRM administrator with development of documentation and execution of training programs, conducting advanced/complex searches to meet campaign-audience criteria and populate lists.
Bachelor's degree required, 6+ years of professional services experience, 4+ years of CRM experience required, prior experience managing CRM function -specifically with LexisNexis InterAction, required, prior experience with eMarketing tools such as Vuture and Cvent, proficiency with InterAction required, excellent research skills, ability to manipulate data in common formats such as Excel and .CSV files, detail-oriented, strong project management skills, flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
