Non-profit in DC is seeking a Marketing and Communications Associate to contribute to its strategic initiatives and educational programming. Great mission-driven organization with room to grow within the organization and learn from an experienced Manager.

Responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Associate:
- Writing blog posts, whitepapers, and reports on philanthropic work
- Creating infographics and other visual content
- Supporting strategic planning with regular analytics reports
- Organizing annual conference, coordinating both internal and external educational trainings and webinars
- Other duties as needed

Requirements of the Marketing and Communications Associate:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
- Detail-oriented
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal. Prior experience writing content (preferably for a non-profit)
- Ability to work well with little supervision
