I am selling four sets of this very rare 3/4-inch-thick reclaimed heart pine flooring for $12.50 per square foot, which equates to $3.13 per linear foot for the 3-inch-wide pieces and $3.64 per linear foot for the 3 1/2-inch-wide pieces.

Set I.
Heart pine floor boards, 3 inches wide, pulled from a mansion in North Carolina. Some visible nail holes and some damage from splitting. Random lengths, including eight pieces that are 10 linear feet each.
Bundle # 1: 100 linear feet (avg. 120” ea.)
Bundle # 2: 26 1/2 linear feet (avg. 76” ea.)
Bundle # 3: 35 1/2 linear feet (avg. 80” ea.)

Set II.
Heart pine wall boards, 3 inches wide, pulled from the turret walls of an 1898 Victorian in Washington DC. No visible nail holes and no splitting.

Heart pine floor boards, 3 1/2 inches wide, pulled from a large brownstone in Baltimore. A few visible nail holes and some damage from splitting.

Bundle # 3: 11 1/2 linear feet (avg. 28” ea.)

Set IV.
Heart pine floor boards, 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 inches wide, pulled from a large brownstone in Baltimore. These have a fair amount of damage (splitting, gouges, nail holes), but there is still plenty of usable wood there for smaller woodworking projects like tabletops and boxes.
Bundle #1: Pieces range from 156”, 114” (2), 112”, 104”, 100”, plus some shorter pieces = 63 linear feet total.
