Position Summary: We are seeking individuals to assist our current team on a part-time basis with home staging installations throughout the DC metropolitan area. This fun opportunity includes working with the project manager on site to determine optimal furniture layout, problem solve awkward spaces, art installation and accessorizing. Assistants also participate in helping our logistics team de-stage properties (packing up art/decor/accessories, etc). Additionally, for those who desire more hours and want the experience, Assistants have the opportunity to help at our warehouse with unpacking/packing decor and organizing,. Staging projects are scheduled Monday through Friday; hours typically range between 10 am and 4 pm depending on the day/projects on the schedule.

We have a beautiful, state of the art warehouse and office in Lanham, MD, our own fleet of trucks, over $2M in amazing inventory, and the most talented staff in the area -- we love what we do and it shows!
A strong interest in design and a knowledge of the principals and benefits of real estate staging is a must. While prior experience with the staging industry is desirable, we are open to hiring candidates with no experience as long as she/he is very trainable, eager to learn, open to feedback, and has the ability to come up to speed quickly. Candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever is needed to get the job done. She/He should have the ability to load, unload, and lift art, decor and other installation inventory, must be highly reliable, a good communicator, and possess good attention to detail. Candidates must have reliable transportation (projects are often nowhere near a metro stop, heads' up).
Compensation: $15/hour, commensurate with experience
