Seeking busker musicians who have experience playing for tips in DC’s parks, open spaces, and/or Metro. This call for musical talent includes a search for DC’s talented bucket drummer.
I want to record each busker musician playing what they normally play. Except for the drummer, I will also ask to record a version of “America the Beautiful.” It is a familiar melody. I will provide a soundfile to help you prepare. $125 to each selected musician for their participation and one hour of playing. These recordings will support a documentary I am producing.
