we need a drummer who'll join our band long-term. we've got 2 guitars and an upright bass (100 combination of strings), everybody can or wants to sing, originals need more creative talents, all hands on deck. first band project is whoever is available, we're taking the drums out to the streets for some busking, a minimum-wage gauge to see what is money anyway these days. re-arranged covers and mashups, plus finalizing originals for analog recording. meanwhile, if you want to store up a library of recorded samples, that's the side project.

practice outdoors is in DC southwest near the Wharf. practice indoors is somewhere in Northern Virginia. we have all the instruments together, EXCEPT drums! i could use more amps.

genres include female lead vocals: goth, punk, metal, death to youngins, you know, avant garde means talentless and lazy idiot savant noodling in brains only, poor work habit ppl who dress in black, 9-5 "regular job excuse". covers, mashup arrangements, originals. nothing is coming together, so a) could be the missing drums to glue us together, b) could be our personalities and schedules and commute combo jinx the drums so we deserve the disgrace anyway.

if you drum jazz or rock or big band &c. beyond our usual genres, it's gonna be a musical journey to pick up on our genres and appreciate music all over again, so consider the narrowness of the sound vibe and whether you can do your thing without frustration.
