Nobody thought Donald Trump would win in 2016. Let’s not make that mistake again. It’s not too late for you to make an impact this election and help flip Pennsylvania Back to Blue! Election Day is quickly approaching and we need more Canvassers and Team Leaders to come to PA and get out the BLUE VOTE! This outreach to infrequent and undecided voters is crucial in Pennsylvania, a swing state that Trump won by fewer than 44,000 votes - less than 1% - in 2016.
We have experience doing this work during the COVID19 pandemic and have developed strict health and safety protocols that include a contactless approach to keep our staff and communities safe - we provide all of the training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) you will need!

We are hiring immediately. These positions will run through Nov. 3, staff can work 2-7 days a week. Weekday shifts run between 11 AM - 7 PM and weekend shifts from 9 AM - 5 PM.
Canvasser Responsibilities ($20-25/hr):
- Engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner
- Deliver a compelling script, and collect complete survey answers from voters
- Strictly follow the campaign's safety protocols, including the use of PPE and compliance with daily health and safety guidelines
Experienced and high-performing Canvassers are promoted to Team Leaders and earn between $22-$27/hr
Base Pay Pittsburgh/Philadelphia: $22/hr for Canvassers & $24/hr for Team Leaders Base Pay State College/Reading/Lehigh Valley: $20/hr for Canvassers & $22/hr for Team Leaders
Bonuses & Benefits: All team members have the opportunity to earn an extra $1.50-$3/hr by maintaining a full-time schedule. We also offer sick pay, friend referral bonuses and an extra $20/day for transportation and smartphone use. Training is paid and all full-time staff have the option to opt into our company healthcare plan!
