Nutrin, a DC-based food products import and distribution company, seeks a full-time administrative coordinator to assist the small but busy team. This salaried position comes with an excellent benefits package.
Duties to Include:
Logistics coordinations self
Office supply and utilities management
Filing, mail processing
Travel documentation/visa processing
Representing company at trade shows
Required Background and Skills:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
MS Office proficiency
Must be responsible and self-managed
Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
Must have superior written and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize activities consistently
Superior organizational skills
Must be a hard-working team player
Must be willing to travel domestically up to 6 times a year
Preferred Background and Skills:
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Proficiency in Spanish
