The Ford Agency is searching for a smart, organized, and resourceful candidate to be the next Junior Executive Assistant to the Chairman of one of DC's most prominent Real Estate Developers. The EA supports the executive team with a variety of administrative and research projects and serves as a gatekeeper to the Chairman and President. This position requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a sense of humor. Yes, you will be picking up coffee and running someone else's personal errands, but you will also get the chance to work with talented and interesting people who will teach you about the business. An excellent opportunity for someone looking to hone his/her business savvy. Interest in Real Estate is a big plus!

○ Manage day-to-day office operations, such as ordering office supplies, sorting and distributing mail, maintaining filing systems, setting up conference room
○ Support the Chairman and President with his day-to-day office needs
○ Scheduling personal and business meetings and travel
○ Business development research, market and property research

○ Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
○ Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
○ Superb organizational and communication skills; ability to shift gears and prioritize projects
○ Diplomacy and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
