Seeking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) office assistant for a construction office to join our team!
Qualifications:
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
-Prior experience in an administrative role.
-Bilingual English/Spanish.
-Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel and Word) and familiarity with the Internet.
-Be able to multi-task and work independently.
-Be able to prioritize tasks.
-Responsible.
-Flexible.
-Organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Organizing files and general office documents.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets as required.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, schedule and monitor concrete orders.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone e-mail, and mail.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
