*Greeting visitors/managing incoming packages
*Coordinating conference room and meetings
*Keeping office wide calendar
*Maintaining the company filing system, both paper and electronic
*Assisting the marketing department with brochures, flyers, online marketing
*Assisting with website updates, blog sites and social media
*Sending reminders of upcoming critical dates
Qualities must include:
*Technically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
*Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
