We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Washington, D.C. office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys hands-on operational work, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.
You will play a key role in handling sensitive documents, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a high level of service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages
Scan and upload documents accurately into our system
Handle customer requests including mail forwarding, pickups, and account support
Assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain organized records and ensure proper handling of sensitive materials
Support general office operations and workflow processes
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and consistent attendance
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency (web-based systems, scanning, file uploads)
Prior experience in operations, administrative work, or customer service is a plus
