Responsibilities
Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings efficiently using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
Handle incoming calls via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Provide exceptional customer support and respond promptly to inquiries via email or phone
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Support front desk operations, including greeting visitors (if applicable) and managing office supplies
Maintain organized digital files and records for easy retrieval
Support personal assistants with various administrative duties as needed
Manage social media updates or basic online research tasks to assist team projects
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients or team members
Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or medical/dental receptionist duties is desirable but not required
