Sure everyone will have to pay a lot more for everything but the wealthy and especially the large business owners can write off almost everything they buy but the average Joe can not. The goal of Donald Trump is keep taxes and even lower them more on the filthy rich and the corporations. His plan is to fire a huge portion of the federal government plus the tariffs and use that money to pay the government's annual bills. he won't be cutting any of the military budget because he loves the military almost as much as he loves the rich. People like Trump who are born in filthy rich families strongly believe the filthy deserve all the wealth and shouldn't have to give up any of their wealth such as taxes to help the rest of the country. Trump and all the filthy rich believe the working people should bare the burden of paying taxes and that ALL social programs should be eliminated. If you're not filthy rich then you're nothing but Goddamn slaves to the rich and should accept it according to them.
