RE A Simple Question

It really IS a simple question. Not surprised you are willing to expose your lack of abilities to find the answer without having to come to us Conservatives to always do your homework.

You see, The tax breaks on tips, overtime, and Social Security income are scheduled to expire after 2028 because they were enacted as temporary measures. The temporary structure is primarily a strategy to reduce the official cost of the legislation, which helps gain political support and get it passed.

While these tax breaks are temporary, they may be extended by future legislation. The potential for extension means that the issue will likely become a point of political discussion in the run-up to the 2028 elections and subsequent budget talks.

So it's simple kids, it's all about the politics and money. If these work out as well as they seem to be doing in the long run, then it is your responsibility as much as it is mine to make sure the people who represent you are doing their job in making sure the legislation is brought forward.

Now as far as your "tax break for the rich" ignorant comment, can't answer a question based on a lie. First, how about you prove to the audience that the tax breaks are only affecting the rich. It's a simple question. I answered yours, now show the evidence that proves me wrong on you being a liar, or just plain ignorant. Keep in mind, I already know the answer.

Always happy to educate the willing and humiliate the liars.

Your post:
In case the majority of the country missed the explanation, here's hoping that someone here can explain the reason why, that if the Big Beautiful Bill was such a great thing and a wonderful deal for the middle class and the working class in general, and provided such fantastic benefits......

Why do the 'no tax on tips and overtime', the no tax on Social Security income, and the tax breaks for working people expire in 2028,

BUT

The tax breaks for the rich are permanent and do not expire?

Can someone explain why this is such a great thing for the American people? I think we would ALL like to know so we can get with the 'program'.......
